Position Summary

As a Guest Experience Expert, you will take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services, guiding guests through every aspect of their stay. You’ll have the freedom to move about the property and take ownership of tasks to ensure guests feel cared for. Whether you’re managing operational needs, addressing guest requests, providing local area information, or assisting with luggage transport, your role will make each interaction feel like a key part of the guest experience.
You’ll be expected to complete essential tasks that include processing requests, completing reports, and providing hands-on assistance when needed. While you do all this, you’ll also ensure a safe work environment, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and maintain a professional appearance. The job requires physical activity, including walking, standing, carrying, and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance (and up to 100 pounds with help). A hands-on, proactive approach is key to making every guest’s stay exceptional.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide a welcoming, professional guest experience.
- Handle operational tasks, such as check-in and check-out, while ensuring smooth service for guests.
- Assist guests with luggage transport and loading/unloading vehicles.
- Share local area information and highlight attractions for guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment, adhering to safety standards.
- Perform physical tasks, such as moving, lifting, and carrying objects.
- Respond to guest requests and handle issues promptly and professionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Experience: No prior work experience required.
- Supervisory Experience: None required.
- License/Certification: None required.
