The Role

Front Office Receptionist will embed a role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for all guests while efficiently managing various administrative tasks.

  • Greets and welcomes visitors, clients, employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner and taking messages when necessary.
  • Provide Information to visitors regarding the Company, its services, and other relevant inquires.
  • Manage the Reception Area, ensuring it is clean, organized and well presented at all times.
  • Maintain appointment schedules and assist in coordinating meetings or events as required.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient communication flow within the organization.
  • Handle Sensitive and confidential information with discretion and confidentiality.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 2 years experience within a Customer Service or Receptionist role, ideally within the Hospitality, Leisure, Travel industry.
  • You have working knowledge of multitasker
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
