The Role
Front Office Receptionist will embed a role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for all guests while efficiently managing various administrative tasks.
- Greets and welcomes visitors, clients, employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner and taking messages when necessary.
- Provide Information to visitors regarding the Company, its services, and other relevant inquires.
- Manage the Reception Area, ensuring it is clean, organized and well presented at all times.
- Maintain appointment schedules and assist in coordinating meetings or events as required.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient communication flow within the organization.
- Handle Sensitive and confidential information with discretion and confidentiality.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 2 years experience within a Customer Service or Receptionist role, ideally within the Hospitality, Leisure, Travel industry.
- You have working knowledge of multitasker
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
