Business Development Manager Required in Qatar

We require a locally available Business Development Manager with transferrable visa/NOC

Qualifications:

• Master’s/Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Qatar business development or sales management in safety training Center. 
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Qatar Driving License required; ability to travel for marketing/meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Sales: Drive new business across multiple industries for the Safety Training Center.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Market Research & Proposals: Conduct market research, develop proposals, and present solutions.
• Contract Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with teams and track performance.
• Brand Building: Promote brand awareness within target industries.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing key accounts and client relationships.
• Familiarity with safety certifications (OPITO, IOSH, OSHA, NEBOSH, etc.).
• Strong network in safety, health, and environmental industries.
• Ability to present to senior stakeholders.
