About the role:

We are on the lookout for a visionary and dynamic person to join us as the Reliability Manager who will be responsible for defining the management of optimized maintenance work plans and strategies through Computerized Maintenance Management System by working closely with various stakeholders, ensuring that maintenance activities are in accordance with the asset management objectives and Facilities Management mission statement.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure the correct asset hierarchy is defined for MATAR assets in order to optimize the maintenance and maintain the life cycle of assets in alignment with the asset management system
- Develop the strategic plan and drive continuous improvement programs to optimize asset maintenance through identifying the best industrial solutions.
- Assess asset criticality in order to accurately prioritize work activities and investments
- Manage MATAR maintenance data standards, through the coordination of Oracle eAM change requests to assure conformity to MATAR Asset Management System.
- Responsible for determining maintenance costs, including material and labour through Oracle eAM in order to support bottoms up budget approach.
- Support Maintenance Data Manager in defining asset hierarchy through Oracle eAM in order to categorize and classify assets to improve database navigation and to optimize maintenance activities.
- Develop and deploy processes to maintain records and statistical data on operational activities, incidents/ accidents, personnel / asset records and all other relevant information through Oracle eAM in alignment with Maintenance Data Manager.

Qualification
- High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with more than 8 years of job-related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience
- Specialized training in Maintenance reliability
- Project Management certification
